Tanya Collins...a name known in the Ottawa design community, if you don't know her name, you do now. She's an inspiration and design genius. As a principal at Tanya Collins Design Inc. she has made her mark with her vision maximizing function, flow, light and her flair for blending classic sophistication with modern simplicity. She has an eye for creating architectural portraits, dramatic focal points, clean lines, textures, colours, shapes, and furniture styles. Tanya is also recognized for using materials that one would think are uncomplimentary, and present them in a way that will bring out there differences and work together creating a design masterpiece. Her scope of design ranges from remodels to new construction, she literally does it all. Tanya has appeared on CTV Morning Live, the cover of Ottawa Life Magazine (twice!) and notably for "Ottawa's Top Designer", she's presented on the main stage of the Ottawa Home and Garden Show, the Ottawa Fall Home Show, hosted the Lowes Grand Opening in Nepean, as well as being featured by HGTV Remodels, Ottawa Style Magazine and The Ottawa Citizen....just to name a few (*mind-blown!- my inspiration #iwanttobetanyawhenigrowup ) Check out her story and her blog if you haven't gotten enough Tanya Collins yet!
