HAPPY BIRTHDAY UNITED STATES OF AMERICA!!!!!!!!!!!
I'm not an American by birth, but I like to say that I'm a close sister. I went to school in the states, I shop in 'merica, I have American clients. I love the US. I'm a Canadian, but I feel like we're still related. So I wanted to share some of my favorite places to shop.
I love shopping local so these spots are found in Nashville. (Sidenote: if you love their stuff almost all of them will ship!)
First stop is Germantown... Abednego (@abednegonash) 1210 4th Ave N, Nashville, TN.
You can literally find anything in here. From shoes, to body oil, a notepad, to 'boyfriend' overalls. Its a cute shop owned by an amazing woman- Meredith. She is super chill and her insta posts make me laugh. If you're in Nashville or just love to shop check out her online store or stop in and say "Hey Girl, Heyyy"
Onto Amelia Styles (@shopameliastyles)... this girl has got it going on, like actually, her clothes are so friggin' adorable. Everything is priced affordably and truthfully its the cutest style. I'm actually shopping on her site as we speak...whatev- I totally deserve it (at least that is what I tell myself).

Not only do they have the cutest decor but the food here is amaze-balls. Ask @serialoutfitrepeater it's her fav. spot. The food is American, healthy, and incredibly delicious. Don't believe me, go check them out for yourselves. Tell them North+Nash says "Heyyyyyyyy".
As most of you know, I co-own a gym back in Canada as well- Iron North Studio (@ironnorthstudio) in Ottawa, Ontario Canada. But since I'm in Nashville so much I needed to find a spot I could sweat. I met Brittany and instantly loved her classes at Shed Group Fitness (@shedgroupfitness) so since you've shopped, and ate it's always a good idea to stay balanced and go sweat it out. Check them out if you're in town.... your heart may say Taco but your Butt is screaming GYM!
