I'm definitely late on this post. I apologize BUT I wanted to add a few things to the house....and now that they're up, let's do this.

Before and After photos for you as well to see how this house transformed....

Entryway [Tiles + Hardwood]: The hex tiles are from Olympia Tile and the hardwood I got on sale for a steal at Lowes. The front door was purchased through Dalmen Windows + Doors. The entryway light I actually got from Homesense (for the win!) It's funny because throughout the showings we had people come through the house that had seen this flooring idea on HGTV; which in some ways made me sad, because I like to be unique BUT I can't take complete artistic creation for this either as I had seen floor transitions similar to mine which is of course where I got the idea from. On the other hand it made me smile to think - "Hey, I'm ahead of the game!!" lol

Living Room + Dining Room [Furniture, Art + Lighting]: Love the natural light that transitions throughout these two rooms. The windows are again from Dalmen which replaced both front and back doors as well. Our dining room light was ordered online from Homary. Great prices and everything arrives in a timely manner (*key to a reno timeline). Living room sofa is from IKEA, and our two chairs are from Wicker Emporium. Fireplace is from The Fireplace and Patio store -go see Pete, he knows his stuff and is super friendly! (Artwork + Mirror are from Homesense- Obvi)

Kitchen [Cabinets, Handles + Appliances]: Well this is one of the rooms that had the most dramatic before and afters. This kitchen was literally 'falling' apart, from the cabinet doors hanging from one hinge to the faucet not even attached to the sink...this was a complete mess- not to mention the smell...UGH. Cabinets are KitchenCraft from Lowes and our appliances are LG also from Lowes, the handles and faucet were shipped in from Nashville- one of my favs. Hermitage Lighting (it's not just lighting) Backsplash is again from Olympia Tile, and our lights are Globe purchased from Rona. Countertops are Quartz and from my saviours- Planet Granite contact Meeta (she went above and beyond to get this done on time, it was completely sold out in Canada but she had a contact in Vancouver, pulled some strings and she made it happen)

Bathrooms [Vanities, Facauts, Lights, Toilets]: Haha ok so don't laugh, I actually got one of the toilets out of the garbage. WAIT! Let me explain this because I'm not a slime-ball. Tyler was driving to get lunch with our contractor and a gentleman was putting a ton of perfectly good "house-wares" out on the curb. So they asked him why he was throwing out an almost brand new toilet?! The guy said they are gutting the house and the new owners told him to chuck everything. So Ty asked him if he could take it, his response "Go for it, it's almost brand new and it's the new insulated + water saving toilet" SAAWEEEEET! So there you have it, we try to use and recycle where we can so we can save the dump one toilet at a time. A bonus we saved ourselves a couple hundo in the process. Other then that beautiful find everything else is new, promise :) WAIT, I'm lying, the bathroom pedestal sink is from my house LOL...our new one wouldn't fit (check out the Vlog to see why!?- It wasn't my fault this time) All of our handmade soaps, the candles and some of our pillows are from our local go-to shop in Hintonburg, MakerHouse. Its the coolest, trendiest little shop in town, so trendy that they've opened a second location!!! The tiles throughout all the bathrooms are from Olympia Tile, the faucets in the "get naked" bathroom are from Homary, the master bathroom faucets are from Wayfair, both vanities are from Costco. The lighting in "get naked" are also from Homary while the master bathroom vanity lights are from LampsPlus.ca. All interior doors were purchased from Grandor Lumber, my go-to-guy(s) for that were both Chris and Shaune. Both showers and tub are from Bath Depot.
