SO EXCITED TO FINALLY REVEAL THE FINAL PROJECT!!!!!!

(I had promised a Vlog post but due to microphone malfunctions I can't actually post it since my "Charade" skills need work.)

For the time being I'll give you your visual and do the breakdown of cost vs. profit, the pro's + con's of this flip, challenges with having little ones while taking on such a task, as well as what I would do differently with our next project once my technical difficulties have been fixed. #runonsentencesismything

A lot of people have asked me what Flip was more difficult... I would have to say this one. Which wouldn't have been my answer when we originally purchased the property. Sometimes its not the structure of a house that is the problem its the people working on the project. We had a few trades not show up which I have spoken about before, but that was really what set us back the most. Our project in total sat for about 2.5-3 weeks unable to move forward. Which for me, is devastating... and took a lot (emotionally) out of me.

Enough blabbering about my emotions, here is what patience (which was forced upon me) and perseverance (this was a choice) got us in the end with the #YaleReno.
